Acording to sources and the CCTV footage  the security guard Saikia is a suspect in the crime and he was arrested in Mumbai.

Ms. Raju was working on some project and she was constantly in touch with her two teammates in Benguluru, but in evening when she didn’t responded their calls, the guard came to enquire and found her dead on the 9th floor in the conference room.

The Police said that the girl was strangulated by the computer wire and was struck hard on face as well.

The guard Saikia is moved to Pune for further interrogation and the Infosys company is fully supporting the Police and the girl’s family in investigation. The motive behind the murder is still not revealed by the police.

In December 2016, a 23-year-old girl Antara Das who was an employee of an IT company CAPEGEMINI was stabbed to death. Now the question is raised “Who will protect  the woman inside the buildings of these number one and most renowned  companies’??? Till now we women used to feel insecure in outside and unfamiliar environment, but after these murder incidents back to back, now we are not secure even with the people we are working with.

Next update about the murder motive will be published soon on the website as revealed by the police.

Till then keep reading, be alert and stay safe.
